We've invited many notable writers with an interest in Mammoth Cave to share with all writers and aspiring writers.
If you write nonfiction, fiction, history, poetry, articles, books, journals with a tie to Mammoth Cave National Park,
you'll be welcome. If you want to be a writer, this is a great place to begin. We've planned a full
day of presentations and workshops by writers who have written about Mammoth Cave, its history, adventure, and drama.
The purpose is to help you write better and mingle with kindred writers with ideas and tips to improve your next story
or poem. Bring samples of your writing for discussion.
If you have agreed to present, please forward a description of your writing interest and a list of your principle publications,
for program and publicity purposes. We intend to assign you to a small panel of authors that includes your specialty (i.e.
non-fiction articles and books). You'll be invited to present for 10 to 15 minutes, then join in answering audience questions.
Each panel will have a moderator. Solid help to other authors is expected.
WHO ARE WE?
Organizers are Colleen Olson, author of five books on Mammoth Cave and Roger Brucker, author of five books on Mammoth Cave.
